A new garage that looks like it's always been there! 👏

We recently wrapped up this detached brick garage right here in Metamora, designed to complement the existing home while adding much-needed storage and a spacious loft with staircase access.

From the matching brick, windows and shutters to the finishing details, we love how this one turned out!

Michigan building season doesn’t stop when the weather changes!
We only have room to get started on a few more additions before winter weather makes breaking ground a little more complicated. But that doesn’t mean your home projects have to wait until spring!

Winter is a great time to tackle interior projects like:
• Kitchen remodeling
• Basement finishing
• Whole-home remodeling
• Windows & doors

And if an addition is on your 2027 wishlist, winter is the perfect time to start the design and planning process so you’re ready to build when the weather breaks.

If you could add ONE thing to your house tomorrow, what would it be? 👀

Bigger kitchen? Mudroom? Primary suite? Home office? More garage space? Or something completely different?

Planning an addition or major remodel? One of the first decisions you'll make is how you want to approach the design + construction process.

With design-build, your contractor (hi, that's us! 👋) is involved from the very beginning, helping coordinate the design process while keeping budget, buildability and local requirements in mind before construction begins.

The goal? Fewer surprises, better communication and a smoother path from idea → plans → construction.

Thinking about making a major change to your home? We'd love to talk through what's possible!
