Meet Cameron. A kid from the Lakeview neighborhood who became the biggest fan of our FEMA Group 7 infrastructure crew — showing up day after day to watch the work unfold on his street.

He didn't just watch from the sidelines. He studied. He cheered. He became part of the crew's daily routine without even knowing it.

So our team did what Renegades do — they showed up for him right back.

They put together a superfan bag: PPE, a RNGD t-shirt, a hard hat, a water bottle... and business cards. Because every future builder deserves to know their name belongs on one.

This is what public works and infrastructure work actually looks like. It's not just pipe and pavement. It's people — the ones doing the work and the ones watching, learning, and dreaming because of it.

At RNGD, career growth does not wait until graduation.

Project Engineers Isaiah Margan and Makade Penton are balancing full-time roles in the field with full-time college course loads, taking on long days, late nights, and real project responsibility before graduation.

With support from their teams and the discipline to keep showing up, Isaiah and Makade are learning the work, earning trust, and building real careers before they ever walk across the graduation stage.
