DLS Marine surveyed the twin-screw towboat M/V MADISON BROOKE in Channelview, Texas, as part of an appraisal. Built in 2019, the vessel was found to be in very good condition for its age and service, reflecting consistent maintenance and care.

DLS Marine conducted an appraisal survey of the PSS ATLANTIS near Ciudad del Carmen, Campeche, Mexico. The ATLANTIS is a DP3 platform support and semi-submersible vessel designed for offshore construction, heavy lift operations, accommodations for up to 750 personnel, and logistics support. The vessel is a versatile asset for complex offshore projects. It was a pleasure to inspect such an impressive vessel.

DLS Marine recently completed a survey of the crane barge TADANO 1 in Gramercy, Louisiana. The barge is equipped with a heavy-lift crane mounted on a 150’ × 50’ deck, supporting a range of construction and material-handling operations on inland waterways.

DLS Marine surveyor Michael McEntee surveyed the M/V MEDITERRANEAN in Port Fourchon, Louisiana. This DP-1 offshore supply vessel is equipped with tanks designed to carry drilling fluid - commonly called “mud” - which is used to cool drill bits, control pressure, and bring material back to the surface during offshore drilling operations.

DLS Marine surveyor Kenner Hendrix surveyed the M/V ALEX MCALLISTER at the McAllister Towing facility on Staten Island, NY. This 4,000-HP es**rt tug is fitted with Z-drives and dedicated es**rt and towing winches for ship docking operations, and was found in good condition with well-maintained machinery and clean spaces.

DLS Marine surveyor Gary Rankin inspected this 12” DSC Marlin class dredge in Bogalusa, Louisiana. This dredge is owned and operated by Lake View Sand & Gravel, a company specializing in sand and aggregate production, and was found to be in excellent condition.

DLS Marine surveyor Mondi Semsar surveyed the M/V MARTIN J PELLEGRIN at the ACBL Harahan Fleet in Louisiana. The vessel operates as a fleet towboat and featured well-maintained machinery, organized spaces, and refurbished systems.

DLS Marine surveyor Mondi Semsar surveyed the cutterhead dredge CONSTELLATION in Texas City, Texas as part of an appraisal. The dredge was operating at the time of survey and featured well-maintained machinery, a recently updated pump system, and clean, organized interior spaces.
