A lot of times, the staircase is the first thing you see when you walk in a house.

This one needed work -- old carpet, worn treads, nothing that matched the potential of the rest of the house. We stripped it down and rebuilt it right. New hardwood, clean lines + hardware that actually belongs there. And when we put this home on the market, it was the first thing buyers commented on. We hope the new owners are loving it as much as all of you did! 👏🏼🙌🏼

Stop sleeping on wallpaper 🙌🏼 It's not permanent and that's exactly why you should stop overthinking it! It brings a room to life in a way paint just can't. It's bold, it's textured, it's got personality and yes, it always makes a comeback.

We've been using it in most of our renovations lately and it's doing a lot of the heavy lifting. Buyers notice things that they don't find in other homes 👀
