Had the pleasure of golfing with Austin Payne and Brandon Vasquez of Diversified Partners, LLC Diversified Partners at the Rim Golf Club in Payson. A New Valvoline Is Coming to Marana, AZ.

This build is moving off Tangerine Road and there is already plenty happening behind the fence. Valvoline is a new oil change shop going up on a stretch that is filling in fast with new retail, just a few minutes from our new Roberts Tire build.

We are filming this one start to finish, so follow along and watch it pan out.

Day One at Roberts Tire in Marana.

Roberts Tire broke ground off Tangerine Road near Interstate 10, and day one was all dirt work, pad shaping, and heavy iron. From here the site moves toward tilt up, and we will be filming every stage on the way to a finished store.

Another project crosses the finish line, and this one is for the students.

The ribbon is cut at the Mount Turnbull Elementary School Addition in Bylas, where new classrooms are ready for a growing school. We worked closely with the Fort Thomas Unified School District and the San Carlos Apache Tribe to give more students room to learn close to home.

Thank you to the district, the Tribe, and the whole school community for celebrating with us.

Laveen, Your Buffalo Wild Wings is on the way.

From the air you can watch it take shape, roof done, walls wrapped, and the outside coming together just off the 202 and Baseline. This is one of two we have going up for Buffalo Wild Wings across the Valley right now, and builds like these are why partners keep coming back. Proud to bring this corner to life.

Golden Hour Over Spere Gateway.

Both buildings are done and the work has moved to everything around them, with curbs going in and paving up next. What started as bare dirt in Mesa is now two commercial buildings standing minutes from Mesa Gateway Airport, ready to bring new business to this side of town. Proud to carry another one from the ground up.
