During a recent inspection, we found 20 unnecessary and improperly sealed holes linked to five swamp coolers. While only two units are currently leaking, it is only a matter of time before the others do, so we are recommending a proactive fix for all five.

Our solution? Encapsulating all 20 holes with polyurethane foam. This method avoids the need to disconnect water or electricity and fixes the problem immediately. We’re also taking care of a leaking skylight while we’re at it! 🛠️✨
