Stephen Covey, educator, author, businessman, and keynote speaker wrote some amazing books such as 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. He knew how to set goals and encourage other people how to push themselves to go to the next level!

This is true for most projects we take on and certainly for real estate investing. Most people think choosing the right software or implementation consultant are what makes or breaks a real estate investing.
