OSHA 30 certified crews, proper PPE, lockout/tagout procedures, RF awareness, and rigorous site assessments are standard on every job, not an afterthought.

Our people go home to their families at the end of every shift. That is the only acceptable outcome.

Fun fact: Did you know a single cell tower antenna can transmit signals at frequencies between 700 MHz and 3.5 GHz, and the equipment our crews work around can emit RF energy strong enough to cause tissue heating at close range? That is exactly why RF Awareness training is mandatory for every member of our wireless team before they ever step foot on a tower site.

This one tested us. Remote terrain, logistical challenges, and conditions that don't leave much room for error. But that's the job, and our crew showed up every single day ready to work through it.

From laying the towers on the ground and staging the antenna arrays, to crane lifts and final installation, every step was executed with precision and purpose. No shortcuts. No excuses.
