It’s been a busy week!!
Another block wall repair completed in the East Valley. 🧱

This section of wall had significant damage requiring removal of the affected masonry and reconstruction back into the existing wall.

From demolition to the final block, the goal with a repair like this is simple: build it correctly and make the finished repair look like it belongs there.

Here’s This week’s transformation happening out in the East Valley.

Three projects
One property
One week to do em. Let’s Do this!!😎

Phase 1) Tear down existing block wall down to existing foundation & then built (2) Gate columns making up a 5’ gate opening. Selected blocks salvaged for reuse for phase 2 & 3.

Phase 2) Rebuild the upper panel of a fence block panel using the salvaged pieces.

Phase 3) Increasing existing block wall height by approximately 24” across the 100’ run. This is equivalent to adding on three 8” block courses.

Scope: wrapped the lower exterior with stone veneer to give this home some weight, texture, and character without changing the original charm. Clean lines, tight joints, and a finish that actually belongs there.

Another rebuild in the books & another satisfied client.

Initial Observation: The removed palm tree caused structural damage to the existing wood framed wall.

Scope of Work: Reconstruct the failing wood-framed wall with a masonry block wall built on a solid concrete foundation, stucco and painted.
