Drain flies and roaches don’t just appear overnight — sometimes the real issue is hiding deep within the septic system. 🚫🪳

Back at this property today to strategically target the source of the infestation using the Pest Strip Holder system. By treating the problem at the septic and drain level, we’re able to attack the breeding source directly instead of just treating surface activity.

This is why proper inspection and understanding pest behavior matters. 🔍

Sewer/Septic drain flies don’t always start in the drains you can see. 👀

In this case, we discovered active sewer drain fly harboring and breeding inside of an overlooked septic access point hidden below the surface. These areas often go untreated for years, allowing populations to continually reproduce and spread throughout the property.

To gain long-term control, we’ll be strategically deploying pest strip holders directly within the system to target activity at the source and help prevent future outbreaks moving forward.

Sometimes the biggest pest issues are hiding where nobody thinks to look. 🚫🪰

Two companies overlooked this critical clue… but the rodents didn’t. 🐀👀

During this Central Phoenix rodent inspection, I found rats actively chewing at the backside of a sewer cleanout cap — strong evidence they’re already present within the sewer system. That usually means there’s a bigger issue hiding somewhere in the ABS lines throughout the home.

Next step: performing a sewage fog test using FogTrace test to locate potential breaks or compromised areas in the system. Stay tuned. 🔎💨
