Spoiler alert: Sprouts Farmers Market is building a new headquarters along north Phoenix’s burgeoning Loop 101 corridor.

Partnering with Wespac Construction and Trammell Crow Company, this new campus is also the first major commercial application for Next Level Steel's proprietary Castellated Beams in a major office building, proof that these high-performing, visually striking steel components aren’t just for industrial spaces anymore.

Site Check: Sprouts HQ & Campus 🏗️

Big things are going up at CityNorth! We’re proud to provide the structural steel to bring the new Sprouts Farmers Market HQ & campus to life.

And for the first time, we’re showcasing our eco-friendly, super-spanning Castellated Beams in a major office building, proof that these high-performing, visually striking steel components aren’t just for industrial spaces anymore.

Partnering with Wespac Construction and Trammell Crow Company, the new campus spans 7 acres and will include:

A four-story, 144,500 sq. ft. Sprouts corporate HQ

A 25,000 sq. ft. Sprouts grocery store
11,000 sq. ft. of restaurant and retail space
A three-story parking garage
Plus future additions like a gym, yoga studio, tasting rooms & more
