We’re proud to share that Next Level founder Brandon Bell has been named to AZ Big Media’s 2027 “People and Projects to Know in Commercial Real Estate”!

Great leaders build great teams, and Brandon will be the first to say this honor truly belongs to every employee-owner at Next Level. From our Goodyear and Mesa shop floors to our crews erecting steel nationwide—this is a win for the whole team.

Congratulations to all our industry partners who made the 2027 list! Let’s keep building what’s next.

Reshaping the Phoenix skyline one castellated beam at a time!

Welcome to the Rediscover Logistics Phoenix! Brandon Bell (Founder & CEO of Next Level Steel) takes us behind the scenes to show how modern structural engineering is pushing commercial construction forward across the Valley.

When developer ViaWest Group and general contractor Willmeng Construction needed an efficient, cost-effective framing strategy, they partnered with Next Level Steel to deploy innovative castellated steel structures.

Why expanded castellated beams are transforming builds in Greater Phoenix:
* Compresses Framing Depth: Lowers exterior wall height to slash concrete tilt-panel & rebar costs.
* Bypasses Lead Times: Eliminates traditional bar joist bottlenecks and deferred submittal delays.
* Holistic Savings: Reduces foundation loads and structural dead weight across the entire building envelope.

This project is a true masterclass in smart, collaborative building!

Our legal team won't let us name our newest project. But the fabrication numbers speak entirely for themselves.

Our shop floor is running full throttle on a major new facility. To put the sheer scale of this single mystery project into perspective:

600 MILES of structural steel tubing (Enough to stretch from Phoenix to Las Vegas... and back!)
200 MILES of Unistrut
1,000,000+ FEET of support steel rolling through production
Big builds require massive capacity and an agile team. We're incredibly proud to manufacture the momentum behind this development while keeping the details under wraps for now.

How much steel does your next project need? Let's build it. Hit the link in our bio to connect with our team.

First-in-the-world automation has landed at Next Level Steel.

To keep massive projects on schedule and deliver the highest quality structural steel, you have to constantly invest in new ways to build smarter.

Designed to tackle high-volume, repetitive components like solar pile covers and data center racking, this proprietary system is completely transforming our production line.

The Impact:

-Reduces traditional 10-minute manual welds to just 4 minutes.

-Delivers absolute, repeatable precision on every single component.

-Empowers us to execute faster than anyone else in the market.

This new capacity ensures we can handle the most demanding schedules in the Southwest without ever compromising on quality.

✅ Massive cost advantages

✅ Longer continuous spans

✅ Lightning-fast field installation

Swipe ⬅️ to see the incredible turnout! A huge thank you to the AISC and everyone who packed the room to talk shop with us. The future of steel is looking stronger than ever. 💪
