Sprung Heating & Pump Service, LLC is a family-owned mechanical contractor serving homeowners, builders, and businesses across Merton, Lake Country, and the Milwaukee area. Our roots go back to 1953, when Carl Sprung founded Sprung Heating & Sheet Metal in the Village of Merton, Wisconsin. His son Robert joined the business in 1976 after completing his sheet metal apprenticeship, and in 1985 Robert and his wife Margie started the company's water well pump service. The two businesses came together under one roof in 1992. Today, Sprung Heating and Pump Service is a third-generation, family-owned business run by Karl and Shannon Sprung. That history shows in how we work. The owners are still actively involved, managing jobs and staying close to the work — no corporate call center between you and the people making decisions. We install, maintain, and service furnaces, air conditioners, and rooftop HVAC units for homes, apartments, multifamily properties, and light commercial buildings. We also handle water well pumps and tanks, water heaters, water treatment systems, plumbing, and standby generators — so most of what keeps your property running comfortably and reliably is one phone call away. Comfort systems are easy to take for granted until they fail. Our goal is to get it right the first time: clean installs, honest diagnostics, and technicians who treat your home or business like their own.
