2'x4' tiles going in. First of three showers on this project.

Couple bathroom floors.
Unexpected subfloor repair was needed for master bathroom. Repair was previously done by someone who unfortunately didn't take the time and effort to do it properly. But fortunately we have the knowledge to do quality repairs.

This flooring was heavily Water damaged. Hard to tell from photos but extremely soft in areas. Ripped everything out,and repaired the 100 years old joists. New 3/4" subfloor was installed as well as blanke permamat. Blanke permamat was chosen as it has the same strength as another layer of plywood without the extra height. Contractor grade 12x12 from menards. Tennant happy to be back in their apartment. 3 1/2 days start to finish.

This 20 year old flooring had a couple dozen loose tiles, with grout crumbling in those areas.
And with no extra tiles on hand. So we used a product called fix a floor. Verified fix. Tiles are no longer hollow, so grout will no longer crumble.
Don't live with crumbling grout and loose tiles.
