Showing the importance of a preventative maintenance , here we have a clogged condensate line as well as a pump full of sludge. This system would have ultimately shut down or worse flooded the basement , causing unnecessary and unwanted costly repairs. That’s not going to happen now. Key word , Prevention! New motor and shiv replacement for exhaust fan on the left! The original motor was installed by an “ electrician “ who forgot you need to ground your motor and put the cover plate on. Instead , he just cut back the ground lead. Mint! It’s purring now , grounded and an on the money 7.8 amp draw.
