✅ Job Responsibilities:
• Safely operate commercial vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load, unload, and transport equipment and materials efficiently and securely to designated destinations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Collaborate with crew members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Follow established safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform manual labor including soft surface restoration (topsoil, seed, mulch, straw matting, etc.). This involves restoring disturbed surface areas such as road, curb, sidewalk, and lawn to their original pre-construction state prior to excavation.
👉 Requirements:
• MUST HAVE Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record required.
• Overnight travel within WI sometimes required.
• Must be able to pass background check, drug testing, and DOT physical.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a crew.
• Physical strength and endurance to handle labor-intensive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Compliance with all safety regulations is mandatory.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
