Security Deposit: Yes. The security deposit will match the monthly unit rental payment. For example, the security deposit for a 10x20 unit is $60, as the rental per month is also $60. Security Cameras: Yes, there will be security cameras on-site. Locks: Renters are responsible for providing their own locks. Hours of Operation: Available for 24-hour access. If you need assistance, please call ahead. Since the storage units are owned & operated by Taylor Insulation, (which is located right next door).
