Congratulations to Shawn Inchaustegui, winner of our "Love & Grow Our People" value award! 🌳

Shawn is a standout on our Metro Pruning team, serving as the live translator for our Spanish-speaking teammates. He interprets in real time during every meeting, so questions and concerns get heard, safety stays front and center, and everyone has the chance to grow their career.

He even brought his own equipment so each Spanish-speaking team member has a dedicated earpiece, and he has helped translate training materials so everyone is on a level playing field. Shawn is always ready to support a colleague and makes sure no one is left behind.

He is really living our our value of "Love & Grow Our People" every single day. We are proud to have him at RYAN. Thank you for all you do, Shawn. Congratulations!

When we are out on site doing winterizations or inspections, we often find leaks in the irrigation system.

We found one while winterizing and our social media manager didn't exactly go home with clean clothes after this.

Luckily, our RYAN Pro was able to fix this on site so the customer didn't have this happen to them!

Last week, we hosted The Climbing Summit in KC. It was a place for our RYAN Pros to come together to train, compete, learn from each other, apply safety standards to climbs and spend the day climbing trees! 🌳

This was the "speed ascent" and two RYAN Pros, Owen from Springfield & Cody from St. Louis, raced to ring the bell at the top of the tree. Danny, a Pruning Supervisor in KC, was mic'd up and provided some fun commentary!

Celebrating our CER's this week has been so easy. We have some amazing customers that love working with our Customer Experience Representatives. Here are some kind words customers left about some of our CERs.

"Kayla was extremely helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to help me reschedule my appointment. She originally did not have an alternate appointment, but added a note about trying to arrive after three. She then called me later in the day with a morning appointment that had opened up. It was amazing that she remembered our conversation and called me. Her customer service was outstanding!"

"I have worked with Sally before. She does a wonderful job scheduling and explaining things to you. A great employee for RYAN!!"
