Our one-of-a-kind Three Ranch Manor model in Weatherby Estates has officially hit the market! 🖤 This home has a soul, enchanting character, and a story to tell from the moment you walk through its front doors. ✨

From the grand 24-foot cathedral ceilings and intricate millwork to carefully curated lighting, custom countertop edge details, rich, moody colors, and Old World architectural influences with a modern-day twist; every element was thoughtfully designed to create something truly extraordinary. We design and build with intention. From the initial floor plan and its placement on the property to the Victorian-inspired ceiling medallions and little bronze beehive towel hooks, even the smallest details have a purpose.

This wonderfully unique home, its beautiful property, and the Weatherby Estates community hold a special place in both of our hearts. Three Ranch Manor is a reflection of what makes Tyler Bosier and Alison Fuller such a special team in this industry. My creative & intentional (occasionally eyebrow-raising 😂) ideas as an interior designer paired with Tyler's industry knowledge, craftsmanship & expertise in home building allow us to bring some pretty extraordinary visions to life. ✨🖤✨

And while Tyler and I are incredibly proud of this home, we certainly didn't bring it to life alone. Our most sincere THANK YOU goes to our amazing coworker and office bull dog/mama KIM, who somehow manages to keep us sane during the stressful phases of a build while keeping the train on the tracks behind the scenes! One of our favorite parts of home building is getting to see how our homeowners make each house uniquely their own after move-in.😍

Tyler and I were out checking on projects recently when we had the opportunity to stop by one of the homes we built last year in Weatherby Estates... and HOLY SMOKES!! My jaw literally dropped when we walked through the gate to their backyard. Their landscaping is absolutely incredible! 🙌

Their backyard has become the ultimate recreational retreat, complete with a pickleball court, covered pergola, walking and scootering path, multiple gathering spaces, and so many more thoughtful details.✨

Seeing a house transform into a home is one of the most rewarding parts of building. It was such a privilege to work with these homeowners, and it brings us so much joy to see them creating lifelong memories with their family in a home they dreamed of & that we had the honor of building.🖤

We had an amazing time at the Annual Pheasants Forever banquet last night! 🦆

Due to the weather being a bit unpredictable this weekend, the team behind the banquet made the call to switch gears and host this special event in our barndominium! 🖤

From the live music, live auction, great food/beverages, good company and more, The Pheasants Forever Banquet is an event we look forward to every year! 🙌
