Safety Fact Friday! 🔌 💛

Halloween is all about spooky fun! 👻 Whether you’re lighting up your yard, powering animatronics, or inflating decorations at home or in commercial spaces, make sure electrical hazards don’t creep in.

✅ Inspect all cords, plugs, and extension cables for fraying, cracks, or exposed wires.
✅ Make sure outdoor decorations and lights are rated for exterior use.
✅ Keep cords away from water, damp areas, and heat sources.
✅ Avoid overloading circuits, outlets, and power strips.
✅ Turn off decorations and lights when not in use or before leaving the house.

A few simple precautions now can prevent shocks, short circuits, and fires, keeping your home or business safe this Halloween.

Our team had the privilege of learning from Dr. Ginger Gilmore through the Jae Foundation, helping our electricians power their processes and become the best versions of themselves, both on and off the job site.

Dr. Gilmore spent nearly 30 years at the University of Alabama, including 16 years working alongside Nick Saban and the Alabama football program, where she managed the athletic department’s behavioral health program.

Her training challenged our team to look beyond the technical side of the work and focus on the habits, mindset, communication, and processes that help us perform at our best every day.

At RME, we believe being the best starts with a willingness to learn and grow. We’re grateful for the opportunity to invest in our people and continue building a stronger team from the ground up.🔌💛
