We’re excited to kick off our Project Highlight Series with one of the most impactful developments in the region — the Boise State Stadium Expansion.

This project represents a major step forward for Boise State University and the Treasure Valley, enhancing the stadium experience, improving infrastructure, and supporting the continued growth of one of Idaho’s most iconic athletic venues. Once complete, it will elevate game days for fans, athletes, and the entire Boise State community.

We’d also like to extend a sincere thank you to Boise State University for trusting Rocky Mountain Electric with this project. We are honored to be part of bringing this vision to life.

Safety Fact Friday! 🔌 💛

Back-to-school season is here! 🎒 Homes, offices, and commercial spaces are seeing increased use of electronics, appliances, and equipment. Extra demand on your electrical system can create hazards if you’re not careful.

✅ Inspect cords, plugs, and power strips for damage or fraying before use.
✅ Make sure outlets and circuits are not overloaded by spreading devices across multiple circuits.
✅ Check that lighting, computers, and appliances are rated for the space and usage.
✅ Keep cords away from water, heat sources, and high-traffic areas.
✅ Call a licensed professional if you notice flickering lights, warm outlets, or tripping breakers.

Taking a few proactive steps now helps prevent electrical hazards and keeps your home or business running safely this school season.

That’s a wrap on our 2026 Project Site BBQs! 🍔🔌

This summer, we had the chance to fire up the grill and spend time with our crews at three of our project sites: Marriott Caldwell, the Boise State Stadium Expansion Project, and T101/T102.

Our final BBQ at T101/T102 was especially memorable, with so many of our team members coming out to enjoy some good food and even better company. Moments like these are a reminder of what makes RME special. We love taking care of our people and making sure they know how much they’re appreciated, because our people are truly the ones who keep RME running.

From the field to the office, every project, deadline, and success is made possible by the hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship of our team. These BBQs are just one small way for us to say thank you for everything you do.
