Recent Projects , been super busy so I have not posted in a while. Outdoor kitchen coming along. Waiting on granite to finish. Framed from structural steel stud so not rot or failure possibility in the future.

Whole house flooring , pretty straight forward.

Custom kitchen island along with full house paint.

Caulk and paint and it's a wrap.....
Been 7 years since Shank and I have done substantial framing .
Boy , I am tired but it has been very rewarding except for all the body aches.

Customer wanted to keep costs down so we decided to work with the not so perfect foundation and make corrections in the structure.

Lighting internal , insulated and plywood lined walls inside so they can build shelves and do whatever comes to mind.

Building had to match their house and it does.

Lots of energy applied but our customers are very pleased.

On to the next renovation !

From a big delopadated green house to a fully roofed , insulated storage building.
Framing nearly done and soon to be dried in.

We can basically do any remodel project.

Interior , exterior , from foundation to fine finish.

This one is challenging. We had to repair the existing foundation and work around sub par prep to keep costs down for our customer. But it's only fun when there are obstacles to overcome.

Countertops in , sink plumbed and new gas conversion line and stove installed. Functional till we come back for backslash, dishwasher and final paint and finish.

Finally got the pillar caps in so this is finally a wrap. In the meantime we got the kitchen moving in the right direction. Upper and lower accent lighting in process. Hardtops hopefully arriving next week.

Front porch update coming along. Just waiting on the columb caps to arrive. We tore the original wood columbs out, replaced one post and built new columb bases. Stone wrapped them and added the decorative guardrail with a retro fitted gate. Super fun project!

Before and after.
40 foot aluminum cover . We added lighting and ceiling fans as well. Had to get creative to ensure the flat pan roof could support the fans at the same time make sure no water could pe*****te our electrical locations and devices.
