Tree Pruning is best done when deciduous trees are dormant. 3 reasons - 1 less stress on the tree; 2 no bugs out in cold weather; and 3 the trees will heal some before the bugs come out! If you mention one of these reasons when you receive the bid, you will receive 10% off!
