Position: General Laborer
Location: Project-Based, On-Site (Treasure Valley) | Full-Time

What You’ll Do:
• Keep job sites clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist the superintendent with various construction tasks to support project progress.
• Handle materials, tools, and equipment as needed to keep projects on track.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For:
• No construction experience required—we’ll train the right person!
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and reliability.
Nice-to-Haves:
• Some construction experience or familiarity with job site tasks.
• Comfort with basic tools or construction processes.
