Fall plumbing reminder for Treasure Valley homeowners 🍂

With the first cold snap not far off, now's the time to get ahead of it instead of dealing with a frozen pipe in January. A few quick things worth doing this week:

🔧 Insulate any exposed pipes (garage, crawlspace, outdoor spigots)
🔧 Disconnect and drain your outdoor hoses
🔧 Flush your water heater, sediment buildup quietly drives up your bill
🔧 Know where your main shutoff valve is, just in case

Most of these take 20 minutes and can save you a much bigger headache (and bill) later.
