Today’s job was to relocate a drain under a concrete slab. Started with cutting out the slab to locate the main drain line. Then had to gain access from outside the house to be able to complete repair. This consisted of tunneling under the footer. Made the repair then repacked the hole with dirt and finished it off with reinstalling the rocks in the flowerbed to make it look like we were never there. Tomorrow we will tackle moving the other one.

Repair we completed on a pier. Over time boards on the walkway had rotted and some on the front of pier that were not covered by the roof had seen better days too. Replaced the necessary boards to give this beautiful pier many more years of life. Once the lumber is dry we will return to give it a few coats of stain and it will be good to go. Also while there we repaired some exterior trim around the house and doors, replaced a kitchen sink and faucet, updated a tub/shower valve and handles, and replaced a water heater.
