Three women. Three military journeys. One powerful message: Believe in yourself and serve with purpose. 🇺🇸
⭐ Amy joined the military to be part of something bigger than herself. From loading weapons on A-10 aircraft to serving as a jet engine mechanic and later in leadership roles, she built a career defined by hard work and determination. Despite being told women didn't belong in her field, she used those words as motivation to excel. Her advice to women considering military service: “DO IT!” The pride, confidence, friendships, and purpose she gained through service made it the best decision she ever made.
⭐ Lisa carried on a family legacy of military service, serving eight years in the Army Reserves and National Guard and rising from Private to First Lieutenant. As Executive Officer of a Medical Clearing Company, she helped ensure wounded soldiers received critical care. One of her proudest achievements was graduating from Officer Candidate School as one of only four women in her class. Her advice to women considering military service: Believe in yourself, trust your team, and never let others define your place.
⭐ Kellyann was inspired by her father's Navy service and joined to create an adventure of her own. After boot camp, she became part of one of the first groups of women assigned to live and work aboard Navy ships. Her experiences taught her perseverance, adaptability, teamwork, and confidence—lessons that continue to guide her today. Her advice to women considering military service: Embrace new challenges and believe in your ability to succeed.
