Yesterday, we had the privilege of hearing UCONN Coach Dan Hurley speak at the Middlesex Chamber event.

A few takeaways from his playbook: keep challenging your best people, recognize what everyone brings to the table, and lean into your routine when the game isn’t going your way.

His focus goes beyond winning. It’s about helping each team member improve and grow as a person. That's a strategy we can get behind. 💪

🏆 Congratulations to Kurt, our Employee of the Quarter!

Kurt helps our teams finish projects on time, even when schedules are tight. He keeps track of daily tasks, coordinates inspections, and makes sure subcontractors follow through on their work.

He also checks in to make sure everyone is ready for the week ahead. His teammates know he’s committed and that they can count on him.

Kurt, thank you for your hard work and for helping our teams deliver work we can be proud of. Well deserved!

A day in the life of an AmeriTech superintendent. 👷‍♂️

No two days in the field look exactly the same. From coordinating crews and checking progress to solving problems as they arise, our superintendents help keep work moving safely and efficiently.

This time, we’re at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery, where AmeriTech is repairing the cemetery’s irrigation system. The project includes replacing failed underground irrigation valves to help keep the system working properly and the cemetery grounds maintained.

This past Saturday, veterans and their families gathered at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital for the Local Games & Autumn Adaptive Sports Expo. The day featured adaptive sports, including the Chicago Comets Beep Baseball team and Chicago Bears Wheelchair Football.

Our team spent months transforming the hospital’s outdoor recreation area, creating accessible walkways and areas for basketball, pickleball, and shuffleboard. We also added a covered canopy, improved drainage, and completed the landscaping.

Seeing veterans and their families enjoying the space on Saturday was exciting for our team. We got to see what we spent months building come to life, and we hope it’s the first of many great days there.

The Gold Star has represented the loss of a loved one in military service for generations. Gold Star Mother’s and Family’s Day reminds us that behind every fallen service member is a family who carries their memory, their legacy, and their sacrifice forward.

🍂 Building into a new season.

It’s officially the first day of fall, and work is moving right along in Manchester, New Hampshire, where our team is building a new specialty care unit to better serve our nation’s veterans.

The leaves are just starting to turn, but the project is already taking shape. We can’t wait to see the progress on site, and those New England colors, as we head toward peak season.

You Are Not Forgotten. 🇺🇸

On National POW/MIA Recognition Day, we honor American service members who were held as prisoners of war, those who may still be held captive, and those who remain missing in action.

We remember their sacrifice, stand with the families still waiting for answers, and renew our promise to never forget.

Today and every day, we honor them. We remember them. We will not forget them.
