Unfortunately for us, Kayla our current office manager will be moving on to a great opportunity, and we thank her for all she has done for us.
This does mean that we need to find a replacement for her so therefore Tree Solutions seeks applications for an enthusiastic, experienced office professional to fill the position of Office Assistant/Office Manager. This position is responsible for providing clerical support to the sales staff and employees of Tree Solutions, LLC at our office in Meredith, New Hampshire.
24+ hours per week (potential for full time work)
-Flexible schedule available
-Holiday Pay, Vacation Time, Sick Time, Health Insurance (for full time employees), annual bonus.

Minimum Qualifications:
• High school diploma and three years of professional, computer related experience.
• Keyboarding and computer application skills such as spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, browser software, data entry/retrieval/management and knowledge of software applications, QuickBooks, etc.
• Previous customer service experience
• Ability to pay attention to detail, manage multiple priorities and set goals.
• Excellent, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Organizational, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Monitor, track and enter computerized payroll/time entry
• Schedule, follow up and maintain accurate records for new hires
• Assist in the management a web based computerized work order system
• Perform any and all assigned duties
