30x30 garage w/ loft space.

Our newest project we just finished.

We started this project at the very end of fall to make sure we got the foundation all set up prior to the snowy time up here in the mtns.

This was a project everyone was shocked we took on due to the nature of the site. This garage sits on a full ledge slab, pinning the whole structure down.

Not only does this add to the difficulty of the foundation but also to the work to construct it on a hillside with minimal space for machines.

To say things got a bit western would be an understatement!

We are so excited how it turned out!
