Wow! This call was truly the worst! No problem though. Client has never had her bin cleaned in over 7 years! Couldn't do anything about the excessive sun damage but her bin is properly cleaned and sanitized. Praise the Lord!

You won't believe this!! Had a call about a gas leak. I showed up. Plugged in my meter and it was dropping bad. Sprayed down all gas appliances. Couldn't find leak. Checked the attic and what do you know? HOME WARRANTY TECHS CAUSED A BAD GAS LEAK! THEY USED A COMPRESSED FITTING ON GAS, WHICH IS DANGEROUS!!! DONT TRUST YOUR HOME WARRANTY FOR REPAIRS! Another job down in the books. Thank God!

I cannot believe this! This is why you don't hire "handymen." Some guy installed a drain for a utility sink with an "S-Trap" and if thats not enough, he ran the pipe up and over!!! 😯 how would the water drain!?!?

Nonetheless, I took care of if and even added a clean-out in case some one wants to clean the pipe out. Job complete!! Praise the Lord!
