Turf Pride Lawncare Isn't it Time to Take Pride in Your Lawn? Your worry-free, beautiful property is waiting for you. They come to us embarrassed, clueless, and worried.

Since 2002, the Turf Pride family has helped thousands of Northeast OH homeowners beautify their properties and enjoy their lives more fully. We know it can be difficult to find a lawn care service or solutions you can trust. Many of our customers have wasted too much time and money on DIY products that don't deliver. Many of them also have felt the sting of bad experiences with a professional lawn, pest, or tree and shrub service. Our job is not only to transform their properties but their lives! Our mission is to help you become proud, informed, and worry-free. You deserve it all!

🐛 Look What We Found Hiding Under This Lawn!

You may not see them from the surface, but grubs can be feeding underneath your lawn right now.

One of our Turf Pride specialists found this area with active grubs and grabbed a quick video so you can see exactly what we're looking for in the field. 👀

Grubs are the larvae of beetles, and they feed on the roots of your grass. When populations are high enough, the turf can begin to:

🟤 Turn brown or yellow
🌱 Thin out quickly
✋ Feel loose or pull up easily
🐦 Attract birds, skunks and other animals digging for a meal

And here's what's tricky: grub damage can sometimes look like drought or other summer stress from the surface.

That's why our specialists don't just look at a brown lawn and guess. Sometimes we need to get down there and see what's actually happening beneath the turf.

🎥 Take a look at what our specialist uncovered!

💚 We're not just treating your lawn. We're paying attention to it.

🌱 Think Lawn Care Season Is Winding Down? Your Lawn Thinks Otherwise!

As summer comes to an end, it may seem like your lawn is getting ready to call it a year—but fall is actually one of the most important times for your lawn.

Cooler air temperatures combined with warm soil create great growing conditions for cool-season grasses here in Northeast Ohio. 🌱

After months of heat, drought, foot traffic, insects, and other summer stresses, fall gives your lawn an opportunity to recover and rebuild.

During this time, your lawn is:
🌱 Developing stronger roots
💚 Recovering from summer stress
🍂 Storing energy for winter
🌿 Filling in thin or damaged areas
☀️ Preparing for a healthier start next spring

That's why fall fertilization, proper mowing, watering when needed, and services like aeration and overseeding can be so valuable.

Don't give up on your lawn just because summer is ending.

Some of the work that leads to a beautiful spring lawn happens right now.

🌱 Spring lawns are built in the fall.

🌱 Welcome Back, Charlie!
Some faces are just great to see again! 💚
Charlie is a returning favorite at Turf Pride Lawn Care, bringing more than 25 years of lawn care experience back to our team.
With that kind of experience comes a tremendous amount of knowledge about lawns, customer service, and what it takes to do the job right. Charlie enjoys sharing what he’s learned over the years while building strong relationships with the customers he serves.
And we think there’s something pretty special about welcoming a former team member back to the Turf Pride family.
When Charlie isn’t taking care of lawns, you’ll likely find him spending time with his family, attending Jeep events, or cheering on the New York Yankees. ⚾️
🌱 Welcome back, Charlie! We’re glad to have you on the team!

🕷️ Cooler Weather Is Coming… and Pests Are Looking for a New Home! 🏠

As temperatures begin to drop, we're not the only ones who want to spend more time indoors.

Spiders and other nuisance pests naturally begin looking for protected areas as the seasons change—and unfortunately, your home can be pretty inviting.

You may start noticing more activity around:

🚪 Doors and entryways
🪟 Windows
🏠 Foundations and siding
💡 Exterior lights
🚗 Garages
🕸️ Eaves and overhangs

That's where our Perimeter Pest Control service can help.

Turf Pride treats the exterior perimeter of your home to help reduce pest activity before those unwanted visitors make their way inside.

And because nobody wants to walk through a spider web on their way out the door at 6 a.m. 😬🕸️

🍂 Fall is beautiful. The bugs trying to move into your house? Not so much.

Ask us about adding Perimeter Pest Control to your Turf Pride services.
