Happy Birthday to our guy Vince! 🎉

Vince started out as a friend and customer, but after seeing firsthand what we were building at True Shield and the work we were doing to help people in our community, he decided to change career paths and jump in with us.

Ever since then, it’s been all gas, no brakes.

He’s constantly looking for ways to learn, improve, help the team, and push the True Shield dream forward. More importantly, Vince is just a genuinely good dude. He does what he says he’s going to do, takes accountability, shows up when he’s needed, and actually cares about the homeowners and families we get the opportunity to help.

Those are the kind of people you want beside you when you’re building something.

We’re incredibly grateful to have Vince as part of the True Shield family, and we’re excited to see how far he continues to go.

Everybody help us wish Vince a Happy Birthday! 🛡️🎂

Happy Birthday, brother. Keep your foot on the gas. 💪

We’re Hiring – Sales Representatives

True Shield Exteriors is looking to add 1-2 sales reps to our team before the 4th quarter.

Since opening our doors in May of last year, we’ve grown faster than we ever expected, and we’re looking for a couple of good people to grow with us.

This is a W-2 position with commission and performance bonuses. First-year earning potential is $80,000-$120,000+ for someone who’s willing to put in the work.

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has a clean driving record and reliable transportation
* Can climb ladders and lift 50 lbs.
* Is dependable and accountable
* Has good people skills
* Wants to build a career, not just collect a paycheck

You don’t need roofing experience. We’ll teach you the business. What we’re looking for is someone who’s coachable, works hard, and does what they say they’re going to do.

If that sounds like you—or someone you know—send us a message or email your resume. We’d be happy to sit down and talk.
