Was hired to do this project for a satisfied customer. They had a plumber remove tub/shower in upstairs bathroom and got it plumbed & electrical setup for their washer and dryer. We got to install the drywall and finish it plus install above cabinet, fix the flooring and install new trim.
Now they don’t have to go downstairs to do laundry, once the washer and dryer get installed.

Another bathroom remodel opportunity in the books done for a customer. (They are organizing their vanity drawers, so that why they are gone in finished photos).
No more moldy smell, now it’s a nice refreshing and updated bathroom to enjoy.

I been getting a few reviews on google and wanted to share this recent one. All reviews are greatly appreciated. I always do my best and am there to help each client that hires me. This is a 2 part review from a client:

Called them on Thursday and he said he could come over at 8am Friday. Sounded nice and caring on the phone. I’m hiring them to replace my cabinet and sink in laundry room. I will leave another review when work is done but I have a good feeling it’s going to be great based on our conversation and his excellent reviews.

Update on finished project: Floyd and his crew came out Friday on time. His crew is family so this is a family business that cares and did the job perfectly. I was given a low and high range the project would cost. After the project was done they stayed to make sure everything was working properly. They found a leak in a defective part and had to take the whole cabinet back out to replace the part with a new one. I had bought all the needed parts new at a national chain home improvement store. Floyd’s wife drove to get a new one while they took apart a four hour completed job. The job took two extra hours and he still only charged me the low end of the estimate. I’m trying to get some compensation from the store to give to Floyd the money because nobody should work for free when it wasn’t their fault. I updated our whole lower level in our house including all the trim, painting, tile and carpet. The work the other contractors did was terrible at best and had to redo most of everything but the carpet. If I would have known about Floyd I would have had him do everything. He showed me pictures of an addition he put on a house that was beautiful. I don’t think there is anything he can’t do. I have so many other projects that need to be done and I will be using only Floyd in the future. From install to cleanup it was perfect. This is a honest review. If you want your project done right at a fair price give him a call for your home improvement!

This was a big project that we had the opportunity to complete. Removed a 14x14 3 season room and construct a 14x16 4 season addition with cathedral ceiling. The customer is going to finish the interior flooring and trim.
