What a great couple of days connecting with industry partners and building relationships!

Tuesday, the beeler team enjoyed sponsoring a table at the Timber Rattlers game courtesy of NEW Manufacturing Alliance ! It was a great night greeting and networking with fans and ending the night watching the game.

Then on Wednesday, we were proud to sponsor the Waukesha County Business Alliance The Big One Golf Outing. It was a beautiful sunny day filled with meaningful conversations, new connections, and the opportunity to spend time with so many outstanding alliance members!

We always appreciate the opportunity to strengthen relationships within our industry and support the organizations that help our community thrive.

This summer, Evan has been gaining hands-on experience with our team, learning the ins and outs of commercial construction while working alongside our talented team. From seeing projects come to life to building real-world skills, we're excited to be part of his journey.

Our team just wrapped a major mechanical upgrade at Froedtert Menomonee Falls Hospital, replacing two aging air handling units - one serving the Cancer Center, one serving OPCC - with a single 19,300-lb unit built to serve both floors.

The challenge: these floors house patient care areas with no room for downtime during operating hours.

So our approach:
- Staged a temporary rooftop AHU to maintain airflow while we demoed the first existing unit
- Executed 3 crane picks on a Saturday to fly in all 11 sections of the new 19,300-lb unit and get the temporary unit on and off the roof
- Performed all infrastructure shutdowns and system tie-ins during off-hours (5pm–7am), avoiding any impact to daytime patient care
- Brought the new unit online, then safely demoed the final legacy unit
