After 32 amazing years with our team, Randy Steffes is officially preparing for retirement!

Randy has been an incredible part of the Parts Department, bringing dedication, enthusiasm, and plenty of laughter along the way. His impact on our team and customers cannot be overstated, and he will certainly be missed.

The good news is you still have a few weeks to see Randy and share your well wishes. He will be serving our customers through the end of September before beginning his next adventure.

Congratulations, Randy, on an outstanding career. We wish you all the best in retirement!

After all the birthday celebrations last year, we were happy to have a break!

But this week we started all over and had our first BIG birthday for 2026.

Happy 50th birthday to Kevin Griesemer! Kevin works in our Technical Support department at the Menomonee Falls branch. He leads training classes, offers phone support and more.

We had fun celebrating his birthday with snacks (including an awesome BIG cookie bar) and some festive decorations!

Outside Sales is a profession that is highly skills based and those that thrive are very good with understanding process. They are extremely organized and focused. They have extreme desire to win, sometimes at all cost. They enter the field because they are ready to outwork the competition. They are both thoughtful at times, yet active when action is required. We are perfectly prepared to train and educate qualified candidates on HVAC, but the traits of a professional are required.
