Hardwood floors are going in at our 89th Street project!

When we talk about preserving a home's character, this is what we mean. Instead of engineered products, we're installing ¾-inch solid oak hardwood to match the original floors.

Once complete, the new and existing hardwood will be sanded, stained, and finished together, creating one seamless floor that honors the home's history and is built to last for generations.

It's details like these that preserve the character of a home while preparing it for the future.
