One of the biggest myths we hear is, 'My home is on a concrete slab, so I can't get termites.' Unfortunately, that's not true. While the slab is a barrier, termites are experts at finding a way around it.
They can travel through tiny, hairline cracks in the concrete, or through the small gaps left around plumbing and utility lines. A solid foundation is a great start, but it isn't a guarantee. Is this a myth you've heard before?
