one of todays jobs. we get a call that ac isnt working, when we arrive customer says the neighbor helped setup our nest, 1 wire connected. we hooked it control up correctly then found a blown transformer. we appreciate the effort but you tube, google and neighbors can be a expensive option rather than just calling the professionals.

new rooftop heatpump install. weve done multiple projects for this customer on his many locations from commercial properties to remodels, flip houses and ecen his personal home. its a pleasure to work for customers who appreciate the thoroghness and level of excecution we provide. half of the time this customer isnt even on site because they know what to expect and that we get things done without issues.

cant make this up. the other company left the electrical cover off the unit while high voltage was still on. customers have kids and dogs, were just lucky nobody got hurt.
