FUNCTIONAL, ENJOYABLE & BEAUTIFUL LANDSCAPES. Landscape design enhances a home’s appeal and offers that completeness… that established quality a beautiful home should convey. Since 2002, Joe D'Avi has been offering clients relaxed and pleasurable experiences by patiently designing and developing each parcel of land to become functional, enjoyable and beautiful for his clients. Every property is different. Every curb, terrace, poolscape, garden, or walkway plays a part in creating an environment you can enjoy and take pride in. Distinctive Design & Management listens to the wants and needs of every homeowner and then guides you step by step through the decision process. Our team functions and flows similar to the landscapes we install…Your landscaping vision takes root, we water that vision only with the allocated budget and by setting your expectations and managing installation, the completed landscape design blooms. Distinctive Design & Management has built lasting and trusting client relationships that our testimonials endorse. Your outdoor environment is alive… growing and changing to suit your family’s needs. Our maintenance program was implemented into our offered landscaping program not only to give homeowners piece of mind but also to give us one.

True craftsmanship isn’t measured in days; it’s measured in decades. Built with the future in mind…These dry-laid natural stacked stone walls were built by our team 12 years ago and haven’t moved an inch. With carefully selected specimen plantings and a natural privacy screen, this backyard feels like a private arboretum. Nothing is more rewarding than returning years later to see our craftsmanship standing the test of time while a family continues to enjoy it every day. Quality is never compromised! Made in the shade, patio and ipe platform deck ready rain or shine. Great use of a small yard space. Outdoor TV tucked into the detached garage makes this platform the most desirable room in the house. Thermal bluestone made a beautiful complement off the back of this home. Cheers to this amazing family and their new space.

Roof extension finally complete and backyard living has begun! What a transformation this yard was. Tight space and existing conditions made this one quite the challenge! Finished product was well worth it. Many good times to be had here soon enough.

Always great to see one of our beautiful projects left in great hands. 7 years after build, this still looks as beautiful as it did the day we left. We source only quality building materials combined with talented experienced crews to create life long outdoor spaces.
