We are visiting Millington High School this morning to discuss construction trades and apprenticeship opportunities with their students.

Last week was a productive week at the apprenticeship school. We would like to thank Mr. Lloyd Rainy from Mid-America Marketing and Mr. Jeff Hunt from Central Sales Co. for visiting our backflow testers class to share their expertise on backflow prevention and the various products available.

We also appreciate the presentation given by Mr. Mike Thompson and his crew from Mueller Streamline to our apprentices on the different piping press systems they offer and their applications.

Local 17 was sad to learn of Brother Nathan Rathje passing on April 11th. The family invites friends to a visitation service on Monday, April 21st from 4 - 7pm at the Coleman Funeral Home in Olive Branch. . Please keep Brother Rathje's family in your thoughts and prayers.

Condolences to our brothers and sisters at Locals 5 and 602 for the loss of their members is yesterdays accident in D.C. 🙏

We are heartbroken to confirm the loss of a fifth UA Brother onboard American Airlines Flight 5342 last night. May they all rest in peace.
