Concrete paving is moving right along at Renasant Park.

We've had a great few weeks working alongside Nickson General Contractors as the upgrades to this park continue to take shape.

Last week, we poured 18 yards of concrete paving around the concession stand area.

The steel framing is going up in the background, the site is filling in fast, and the crew has been executing clean on every pour.

This is the kind of project that's going to serve this community for a long time.

This is what collaboration looks like! Proud to work alongside Storey Concrete Company to get this amazing job completed at Renansant Park!

The Renasant Park improvements are coming together in MS.

Yesterday, the crew spent the day getting the pavilion steps prepped and ready.

Forms set, rebar in place, everything staged for the pour.

Today we're pouring them.

It's one of those phases that looks straightforward from the outside but takes real attention to detail to get right.

Steps have to be level, edges have to be clean, and the finish has to hold up to years of foot traffic in a public space.

The crew showed up ready, and the work shows it.

Proud to be doing this one alongside Nickson General Contractors.

Good people to work with on a project that's going to serve this community for a long time.

It's always amazing to see just what can come out of months of planning and deliberation. In construction, the transformation from blueprints and permits into a fully realized building can be overwhelming.

This is the Brenda Rogers building, a project that we at Nickson General were very proud to see to completion.

The redevelopment of Tillman Cove was one of our most important and community oriented projects yet. Tillman Cove was a recognizable part of the Binghampton neighborhood for decades before it became known for a lack of upkeep, development, and an uptick in crime. When Nickson General was tasked with the demolition and reconstruction of this area, we knew that we wanted to prioritize the community. The revamped Tillman Cove was built with the aim of not just creating new real estate, but with propping up the Binghamptom area without pushing out the residents.

We are a people based company, and when we build, we always keep the community in mind.
