A sinking driveway is more than just an eyesore—it can be a sign of serious soil erosion happening beneath the concrete.

These Memphis homeowners noticed their driveway was hollowing out underneath, and one section had settled so severely that part of the slab had dropped nearly to the soil below. Left unaddressed, the problem would have continued to worsen, creating a larger safety hazard and potentially leading to costly replacement.

Our team used PolyLevel® foam injection and specialized slab lifting techniques to fill the underlying voids, stabilize the concrete, and restore the driveway to a safe, usable condition. Because of the extent of the settlement, achieving a perfectly level surface would have risked lifting surrounding slabs too high. Instead, we focused on the most important goal: permanently stabilizing the driveway and making it safe for everyday vehicle traffic.

We also sealed the repaired cracks and joints with NexusPro® to help reduce future water intrusion and protect the repair long-term.
