We recently wrapped up Phase 3 of HHM CPAs Memphis office renovation. This phase included a new open-ceiling concept, office and conference room buildouts, glass storefronts, new flooring and finishes, along with HVAC, electrical and fire alarm modifications throughout the space.

Another great office transformation completed right here in Memphis. We appreciate HHM continuing to trust Walker with their space!

This , we’re highlighting a complete facelift for Friendly Neighborhood Bank in the heart of downtown Water Valley, MS!

Working with the NewGround team, we transformed the branch inside and out, all while keeping the bank fully operational throughout construction.

We’re grateful for the continued opportunity to work with FNB Water Valley Bank and NewGround and proud to bring new life to this downtown branch.

This week’s belongs to Ollie, the son of one of our longtime superintendents!

Ollie recently served as the Le Bonheur Kid Captain and enjoyed an unforgettable day with Ole Miss Athletics at The Sip. We loved seeing a member of the Walker family represent Le Bonheur Children's Hospital with such a big personality and an even bigger smile.

Way to go, Ollie! We’re proud of you! 💙

Happy ! ⛳️

We were proud to return as a title co-sponsor of the IREM Memphis Golf Tournament, benefiting Foster Village Memphis and Youth Villages.

It was a great day connecting with friends across the local real estate and property management community while supporting two important causes. Thank you to IREM Memphis for another outstanding tournament!

Today marks the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.

We pause to remember the nearly 3,000 lives lost, honor the courage of the first responders and everyday Americans who ran toward danger, and recognize the families whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, the example of courage, sacrifice, service, and unity shown on that day remains with us.

We remember. We honor. We unite.

We will never forget.

Not all healthcare construction is created equal.

This , we’re highlighting one of our recently completed Ambulatory Surgery Center projects.

ASCs are a different animal than your standard clinical buildout—or even construction within a hospital. These highly specialized facilities come with strict regulatory and life-safety requirements, complex MEP systems, and carefully planned patient and staff flow.

For this project, our scope included the buildout of procedure rooms, pre-op and recovery areas, clinical and support spaces, along with the integration of specialized medical equipment, emergency power, and supporting MEP infrastructure.

It takes a team that understands these requirements from day one, and we’re proud to continue growing our experience in this specialized corner of healthcare construction.

Another and another project underway with a repeat client!

We’re completing a sizable parking lot expansion for a repeat client in Collierville to help accommodate their continued growth.

We’ve been fortunate to work with this team on several projects over the years, and it’s been great to see their operation continue to grow. We’re grateful for their continued trust in us and excited to be back on site!
