We're excited to spotlight Carlos Molina, our Residential Intern!

Carlos is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering Management with a concentration in Construction Management at Christian Brothers University and will graduate this December. Through his internship, Carlos has gained valuable hands-on experience learning the many moving parts behind a construction project, from working with clients and subcontractors to seeing how project managers and superintendents collaborate from start to finish.

Outside of the office, Carlos enjoys spending time outdoors and working on community gardens and similar projects in his free time.

We’re proud to have Carlos on the RKA team this summer and look forward to seeing where his career takes him!

We're excited to spotlight Robert Dawkins, our Commercial Intern!

Robert is currently pursuing a B.S. in Civil Engineering at the University of Memphis and has been gaining valuable hands-on experience with our commercial team this summer. Drawn to civil engineering because of his passion for hands-on work, Robert enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish and looks forward to a career centered on collaboration and day-to-day problem solving in construction.

Outside of the office Robert is a basketball star! During his senior year of high school, Robert won the dunk contest at the Homeschool Nationals Basketball Tournament, even with a broken hand!

We’re proud to have Robert on the RKA team and can’t wait to see what he accomplishes next.
