Demo day! We are removing the concrete around this pool, so the pool company can come in and do a few things. Once they finish up, we will be installing Crab Orchard stone

Installing border stone. Next step will be some artificial turf with decomposed crushed granite around the perimeter.

Tearing out the old patio to make room for the new design. We will be installing 30x30in crab orchard pavers. I’m excited to see the finished product.

63,000 Sqft of sod installed and getting rolled out. We should be finishing up the Broad ave sportspkex this week.

We started this project bak in 2020. It had many setbacks along the way. Originally our scope was painting and installing planters and installing some gravel. That then changed to include hill stabilization, ground water mitigation and the latest part we just finished adding in some railroad tie stairs. It now ready for its first event for 901 day. I am excited we got to be apart of this project and am looking forward to phase 2.

We should start making some decent progress on this in the coming weeks. We have a bunch more plants to install,artificial turf and decomposed crushed granite. This is by far my favorite residential design we have worked in. Once complete it’s going to look amazing.
