We are looking to add a full time climber to our team! Someone who is motivated to learn and grow with us. We are a team and complete jobs together. We offer a full 40 hour work week, overtime on and off the job!

The individual must have atleast two (2) years experience climbing. 70% of our work is crane work and half the time, we can set the bucket truck up to be used simultaneously.

Qualities that are essential- a positive attitude to help create an enjoyable work environment, being on time, working safely, willing to learn and evolve, must be able to lift 50 pounds, and OSHA 10.

We offer continuous learning and support from certifications to CDL licensing.

Additional compensation-2 weeks paid vacation, sick days, and holiday pay. We are in the process of starting retirement contribution plans for 2027.

Currently position pay is based on experience the current role could offer a range from $55k-$100k a year.

ISA is pleased to share that the Z133-2026 Safety Standard has been approved by ANSI and is now available.

The American National Standard: Safety and Health Requirements for Arboricultural Operations (commonly referred to as the Z133 standard) is a United States safety standard for use across the arboriculture industry. The previous edition of the Z133, effective until 27 May 2026, was published in 2017. Since that year, the Z133 Committee has drafted revisions to refine the standard, ensure better safety outcomes, and keep pace with developments in the industry.

The Z133 standard is available through the ISA web store in English and Spanish with digital and print options.
