A complete transformation of this 1900 Victorian, it’s the perfect blend of turn-of-the-century charm and 2026 luxury.
Initially we worked closely with the home owners, our designer and architect to custom design over 3000 sq ft of living space. The first floor includes a completely redesigned kitchen with a custom pantry, a wet bar and a half bathroom. The large dinning room is designed for entertaining and flows seamlessly into the livingroom which includes a state of the art golf simulator ⛳️.
The second floor was redesigned to create more functional modern living spaces, including a master ensuite, a custom walk in closet, a laundry room, an office and a large primary bathroom.
The system updates include an energy efficient, stretch code compliant hvac system, hard wiring for solar panels, an electric car port, 200 amp electrical service, all new energy efficient lighting, closed cell insulation and new windows.
