There was a vacant grocery store that was reopening as a Planet Fitness, during a walk thru they realized the lights don’t work. What could be the problem?
The 480 volt bucket decided to give up the ghost.
The heat was so intense it vaporized 1/2” copper bussing. That’s hot!
No one was hurt except someone’s check book.

It sure doesn’t look like it should’ve.
It used to be that an electrical job cost would be 2/3 labor now it’s 2/3 materials instead.

In one of the old buildings there is an old freight elevator. I found it had a couple of bad fuses. I replaced them and it’s working like new. There isn’t any floor buttons. You push and hold a button till you get to your floor.
The earliest inspection papers dated back to the 30’s. The 2x4 make shift shaft ladder was kind of scary.
