We are looking to hire installers to join our team. We are a reputable playground equipment and rubber surfacing company that has been around for over 25 years. We sell and install playground equipment, shades, shelters, and also rubber surfacing to to city parks and rec, schools, childcare centers, homeowners associations, apartment complexes, etc.
Must have a clean criminal history/ No felony / Must be able to get onto school properties.
Brief description of job:
• Position will be an installer working under a lead installer.
• Site work (General labor & assembly) - Digging, raking, working with hand tools.
• Concrete mixing
• Heavy lifting up to 100 pounds
• Must be able to travel out-of-town jobs on a regular basis (Florida Only). You will always come home for the weekend. Lodging and per diem will be provided.
Qualifications and Skills:
• General construction knowledge and experience
• Familiarity with tools & equipment. Bobcat/Skid Steer and experience a plus.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills which will include instructing / helping team members in a positive and helpful manner.
• Professionalism a must, along with good leadership skills
• Good Time management, and ability to work well in team environment is a must.
• An honest, dependable, and very organized person will thrive in this role.
Required education:
• High school or equivalent
Probationary period is 60 days. We provide paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Compensation is based on experience. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance. After a year of service we also offer 401K.

We are looking for someone that is career-oriented looking for long term employment to join our team/family that has been in business for over 20 years.

We install playgrounds at schools, churches, day cares, community parks, etc. No tools are required. Some traveling during the week is required but not outside of Florida. We make sure you are home with your family on the weekends and you are not always traveling. We offer medical/dental benefits, holiday pay, accrual sick days, and we also pay overtime.

Must be able to pass the background check to be able to get onto school property. Do not apply if you have any felonies.
Must be able to pass a drug test also.

Primary Duties:

- Must effectively understand and perform installations for play sets and playgrounds, and/or surfacing.
- Ability to understand instructions and direction and complete job site work as directed by the Lead Installer
- Read and follow design plans and installation instructions

Looking for a commercial playground installer that is specific to building playgrounds, shades and shelters. Also will need to be able to pass a background check and have their own transportation and clean driving record. Need to know how to use hand tools. The job is full time with benefits after 60 days. The job also requires out of town work so you will have to be able to travel. Pay is an hourly rate of $12.50, plus per diem for meals daily, along with overtime.

Obituary for David Antonacci

On Friday, October 13, 2017 beloved husband, father and friend Dave Antonacci transitioned unannounced but not unexpectedly at his home into the arms of his loving Lord and Angels.

The youngest son of Peter and Josephine (Licciardello) Antonacci, David Joseph Antonacci was born January 6, 1957 in Hialeah, FL and leaves his loving legacy to his wife of 33 years Diane Antonacci; children, Danielle Antonacci White and Davis Antonacci; sister, Margaret Brickman and brother, Pete Antonacci .

Dave was an entrepreneur at heart starting his own business Play Space Services over 30 years ago and worked hard to build it into the much larger diversified Company it is today. In recent years Play Space Services expanded into the areas of construction, redesign and maintenance and grew into a company larger than Dave ever dreamed. Several years ago due to health issues Dave took an early retirement and though this was a relief to him he dearly missed his Company and his coworkers of so many years. In addition to building his company over the years Dave volunteered for and was a founding member for NPCAI The National Playground Contractors Association Inc. where he was instrumental in setting up the administration and insurance programs,offering members in the Playground Industry a voice where members are able to further their success in the industry with access to beneficial information and networking opportunities.

Dave will be missed and never forgotten in the hearts and minds of those who loved him for his patience as a husband, father, employer, his gift of gab, his generous heart and kind spirit which in recent days he channeled into volunteering with The VITAS Hospice Program.. Daves bigger than life personality shone through in his consummate love of music playing his drums and will live on forever through those of us who loved him so very dearly.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am Thursday, October 19 followed by Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 3050 N. Hwy A1A, Indialantic, FL
