🚨 New Contract Alert! 🚨

Team CEI is proud to announce that we have been awarded a $15M contract and have officially commenced construction, supporting the Airside D Expansion at Tampa International Airport (TPA). In partnership with as the lead contractor, CEI will deliver critical upgrades to TPA’s jet fuel distribution system, supporting safe, efficient fueling operations within an active airport environment.

CEI’s scope includes:

✅ Installation of new double-walled Jet-A Fuel piping integrated into the existing fuel system
✅ Construction of a new hydrant fueling system (hydrants, HPVs, LPDs & isolation vaults)
✅ Underground mechanical infrastructure for efficient fueling operations
✅ Emergency Fuel Shutoff (EFSO) system installation, flushing, testing & commissioning
✅ Coordination with airside, taxiway, and apron improvements

New Contract Alert! 🔔

CEI has been awarded an $18M Hydrant Fuel System Installation contract at the Washington Dulles International Airport (), Tier 2 Concourse (East). This project involves extensive work, including the demolition of the existing fueling system, the installation of various Jet Fuel Pipes, Hydrant Pits, Isolation Valve Vaults, Electrical & Emergency Fuel Shut-Off Systems, and a Cathodic Protection System. It also includes comprehensive testing, flushing, and commissioning of the hydrant fuel system. The project is set to be completed by the end of 2025.

Our success is not solely ours. It’s a result of the strong partnerships we have built. We are excited to collaborate with on this significant project and are confident that we will deliver exceptional results together.

New Contract Alert! 🔔 CEI has successfully secured a Hydrant Fuel System Expansion contract valued over $15M for the new Orlando International Airport (MCO) South Terminal Expansion Program. This contract is a part of Terminal C, Phase 1X, which includes Airfield Civil, Apron & Taxiway Paving, and Ground Support Equipment Facility projects. This achievement comes on the back of our successful completion of a $38M fuel system, one of the largest Airport Hydrant Fuel Systems installed as part of the new South Terminal Complex. We are excited to announce our collaboration with Prince Contracting and Menzies Aviation as we complete this project by the summer of 2025.

That’s a wrap!

CEI has completed one of the largest Airport Hydrant Fuel System Expansion projects by partnering with Hensel Phelps, Orlando Fuel Facilities, LLC, & Menzies Aviation.

The aircraft hydrant fueling system was furnished and installed for the First Phase of the South Terminal Complex construction project at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). The new fuel system includes a 2-mile dual pipeline with secondary containment to get fuel to the new terminal through a distribution system with 35 Hydrant Pits.

The South Terminal at MCO will serve international and domestic flights and accommodate various plane sizes, from narrow bodies to super jumbo jets. Contract valued at $37.8M
