The new Oakland Park Library is open. 📚

On July 3rd, hundreds of residents lined up at City Centennial Park for the ribbon cutting and watching families walk through those doors was the real reward.

Cami-Axle is proud to have served as the shell contractor on this one. 12,000 square feet of concrete and masonry, nearly twice the size of the old library, transformed from a 1950s-era structure into a space this community will grow with for generations.

for trusting us with the shell package great partner, great build. And congratulations to the City of Oakland Park on a project that means this much to its residents.

3,500 cubic yards of concrete. That’s over 350 truckloads rolling through the gate. Crews on site before sunrise, pump running, finishers working it smooth while most of South Florida is still hitting snooze. ☀️

There’s no better person to start with than Alex Joseph Succart, our Senior Project Manager... especially since today is his birthday! 🎂

A third-generation civil engineer, Alex brings more than a decade of experience across residential, commercial, industrial, and bridge construction. His leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence help drive our projects from planning through completion.
More importantly, Alex is someone our team can always count on. His professionalism, integrity, and dedication set the standard for how we serve our clients every day.
