I reinstalled this day gate for one of my banking customers today. It had been in storage for over 25 years, the lock was missing and no factory replacements were available since the company is no longer in business. It was removed because they reworked the vault floor and the gate was dragging. They had been told by multiple other companies that this door could not be salvaged. I think it cleaned up rather well for a 1959 model..... :-)
